Webcomic "Llençar les engrunes"
“Llençar les engrunes" ("Throwing the Crumbs”) is an artistic and social project originated at ERAM University in 2024 as my final degree project. Is an interactive webcomic based on a research into adverse childhood experiences within the family environment.
The mission of the project is to contribute to understanding the concept of childhood trauma and to destigmatize it, guiding readers through their own process of understanding their reality, reflected in a story driven by a therapeutic framework.
A webcomic narrated in first person, mixing humor and guilt, in which we discover the dualities faced by a person manipulated by their surroundings, such as confronting their own family to find personal well-being or facing panic situations to overcome them correctly. How can childhood traumas be overcome? Is it possible to stop feeling resentment and maintain a cordial relationship with your aggressor? And what if the aggressor is also a victim?
Branding
I played a key role in developing the project's overall branding strategy, which included defining its visual style, tone, and messaging to create a cohesive and memorable identity.
This involved creating visual elements, such as logos, illustrations, and graphics, to support the project's branding and visual identity across various media and platforms.
I also created a project proposal bible, outlining the entire development process. This document includes detailed character development, a timeline that traces the progression of the narrative, and a concise project summary that captures its key themes and goals. The bible serves as a foundational guide, presenting the project’s vision and structure to provide a clear overview for all aspects of the creative process.
Web Development
I developed the website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, designing both the UX and UI to ensure an intuitive user experience. The process included creating a detailed flow diagram, structuring the information architecture, and building wireframes to map out each page and interaction, which guided the development from concept to final implementation.
